Huddersfield Dentists

Asad has always lived in Huddersfield. After studying in Manchester he worked for two years in general practice before setting up Edgerton Dental Clinic in Huddersfield in 2005. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has special interests in smile design, crown and bridgework and is now providing clear braces in association with Clearstep. Out of work Asad plays football and badminton and enjoys spending time with the family and eating out.

Abid worked three years as an associate in Newcastle and Huddersfield before setting up Edgerton Dental Clinic. He then went into further training in Implants with Leeds University for 2 years and has been placing and restoring Implants with or without sedation for 3 years now. Outside of work he is a keen badminton player and enjoys reading and spending time with his family.

Nadia graduated from Newcastle University in 2003. She has been working at Edgerton Dental Clinic since February 2006. She has a special interest in Cosmetic dentistry especially tooth whitening. She enjoys treating children and anxious patients, putting them at ease throughout the treatment. The rewards of transforming a nervous patient into a confident patient gives her the greatest pleasure. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, eating out and socialising with family and friends.

Shazad joined the team in 2005, since then his role as a member of the team has evolved into many qualities from reception duties, staff training and management duties. He provides the perfect balance in the management triangle and has the support and loyalty of the rest of the team. Shazad has a very honest and down to earth approach having accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience he is very capable of helping our patients. Outside of work Shazad enjoys going to gym and spending time with family and friends. 

Charlotte joined the clinic in 2021 as our newest member of the reception team.

In her spare time she enjoys listening to music, visiting historical sites with her partner and spending time with her family and friends.

Sue has worked at Edgerton Dental Clinic since 2005 having over 20 years experience as a dental nurse. In the last few years she has gained further experience in sedation and implant techniques. She is also a qualified registered General Nurse qualifying in 1983.

Keeley qualified as a dental nurse in 2015 and joined Edgerton Dental Clinic in August 2016. In her spare time Keeley enjoys going drifting and to car shows with her boyfriend and spending time with family and friends.

Katie began Dental Nursing in 2002 and qualified in 2005. She joined Edgerton Dental Clinic in January 2010 and went on to qualify in conscious sedation in September 2010. She has gained experience in implant techniques and oral surgery. In her spare time Katie enjoys reading, socialising with friends and spending time with her husband and their 3 children.
